One night I was really high biking around with my friends. It was supposed to be a really good night as we had just finished midterms and everything. I fell in love with my brother’s best friend. We did things together behind my brother’s back. We would text all day and FaceTime almost every night. He wanted to be something more but I told him I couldn’t because I couldn’t do that to my brother. Even though I really did love him. We talked about our future together. But I kept a secret from him that I didn’t want kids or even get married. After I told him those things knowing he wants them. I couldn’t help but feel like I was holding him back. I told him about a year ago that I couldn’t be friends with him because it hurt me to see a life I could never live with him. We haven’t talked since. I regret hurting him. I never wanted to hurt him. He was my first love. My best friend and now we are stranger. Not only that after we ended things his friendship with my brother ended and I can’t help but feel it was all my fault. If he ever reads this I just want to say that you will always be in my heart. I hope you are happy and that you have found someone that loves every part of you. I love you.

My mom found out she had stage 4 breast cancer and I found out the following day after overhearing her phone call. I watched her slowly lose herself and I tried the best I could to help her. I missed every day of school to stay and make sure she at least tried to eat or make it to the bathroom. After she passed I found out that I was the only person that knew from the beginning, the rest of my family didn’t find out until it started getting really bad. I watched her cry in pain every night. I blame myself everyday… if I would’ve said something she’d still be here. I have a similar story with my dad. He passed the day after my birthday and the last time we actually talked was when I was calling him a terrible person. I am the terrible person. I still regret everything.

I looked up to someone as a dad. He sexually, physically, and emotionally abused me. He's gonna now, but it still really hurts. He also abused his two partners physically, emotionally, and sexually. He got one of them pregnant. It hurts, because he lied about being a trans male. He was a cis male. But he would call me names, and kick me. He forced me to keep my mouth shut about everything. He threatened to beat me. I relapsed and started cutting myself again. I feel like I failed my new mother and father figures I have. I have a lot of parental figures, because I had a terrible childhood growing up. My dad had anger issues, and my mom was working a lot. But back into what I was saying, I really saw this person as another dad, but he sexually abused me. I'm glad my new parental figures would never do that. I attempted to take my own life, because of my old father figure. I had my friends help me get better, and my comfort characters help me get better. They're the only reason I'm still here and alive.

I was a sophomore in high school when I went to stay at my mothers house since I had Drama practice after school. We finish drama and R and M go to wait for us while E comes with me to go ask to hang out. Keep in mind I’ve been living with my grandma since 13 since my mother decided she wanted to kick me out. So we went and asked my moms bf at the time and then a woke argument started because I asked him to call my grandma to get my grandmas permission, since I live with her. He basically shrugs me off and calls me mom who was a CNA at the time while she’s at work. My moms upset because he called her clearly by the tome in her voice and says no and that’s the end of it for him. I once again ask him to call my grandma and he tells me I’m being disrespectful and I’m going to follow my mothers rules. After that we argued again and E is already walking back into town at this point. My moms bf then proceeded to tell me to get my stuff and get out, kind you I’m only 15 at this point. So I grab everything I brought with me, which was a duffle bag, school backpack, and a few other things and caught up with E crying like crazy because I just got kicked out. We met up with R and M and we all start going back to M’s place and I know my mother is very abusive so I’m not going with her if she ended up showing up. I guess sometime during us walking my moms bf called her saying I left. My mom finds us right as we make it to M’s house and immediately starts screaming for me to get in the car. I go into a panic attack and R and E stand in front of me and M is on the phone with the police. My mom threatens to hit them and everything else. Years later my mom and I are on decent terms and I asked her about it. She proceeded to stick up for him and say “you should’ve come and visited more often and it wouldn’t have happened.” My mothers ego is worth more than her child’s mental health.

When i was about 6 years old i slept over at my aunty and uncles house. (My uncle who is my dads little brother) My aunty and uncle slept in separate beds in the same room and i usually sleep with my aunty but this one particular early morning i woke up to being in my uncles bed. I got woken up to him touching me everywhere and he got on top of me and just humped me. I remember him molesting me, biting me, grabbing my breasts. I was only 6 years old. I always avoided him when he came over and when we do go over to his house i pretend to sleep in the car just so i dont go inside. When i was a little older i was having a shower and i had this chill all over me and the feeling of being watched i turned my head to the window and it was wide open with him standing outside watching me. I had this gut feeling he was masturbating watching me. I have never ever spoken about this or even told anyone. I have being molested from the age of 6. Just an innocent little girl who didnt know how cruel this world is and all the bad things that could happen. I am traumatised.
