My fwb assaulted me. We were just in our feelings one night. And I was happy because he finally came over for more than sex. I never had feelings for him but he always said he did for me. I’m a male. Through the ages 6 through roughly 10. I used to (and still do) spend all my time at my grandmas house. My grandmas sisters grandson lived pretty close to my grandma so i would ask if he could come over often. I realised it was him and not the third student so i was petrified. I was confused and shocked on what happened and scared he would find out i was awake and do worse things to me. He ended up grabbing my hand and making me masterbait him using his own hand to move mine. He tried to fuck me but that didn’t end up working. I was petrified and scared so i didn’t say anything and i pretended i was asleep while there were tears coming out of my eyes. He ended up cumming in my hand that night. Starting from when I was about 10 years old I would be constantly beaten by my mother, my dad didn’t care or even care to know she would sometimes do it in front of him and he would act like he didn’t see anything. I had bruises on my legs and arms that I would have to cover up in middle school. This one time I was in my bed my dad already went to work in the morning and my mom came in my room and started screaming for me to get up so she could beat me with the belt. I screamed back at her telling her I did nothing wrong I did nothing wrong but she dragged me out of bed and hit me with it multiple times. When I was in elementary school my older sister molested me telling me that we could play a game and I didn’t realize what the game was until high school. My sophomore year of high school my mom got mad at me and grabbed my hair and hit my head into a chair causing a concussion. My middle sister reported it because she was scared for my safety and my mom went to court for it but they let it go. My senior year of high school my mom confessed she’s been seeing another man for six years, I told my dad after about a month and he didn’t do anything about it. Before my mom confessed I already knew. Whenever my dad went out of town she would take long nights out of the house staying with someone and wouldn’t tell us where she went. She leave at like 10 at night then come home around seven in the morning. My junior year I dated a 20-year-old because I thought he was nice but he turned out to be very toxic and would blame me for all his problems. When I broke up with him he set all his friends on me and they harassed me for a year until I almost killed myself. They still don’t know that to this day. The same man raped me on December 31, 2020. For about a year and a half after that I was very depressed I would cry every single night hoping that life would get better and it didn’t for a year and a half. This is a short version of my life story, maybe someone can relate to this and see there are other people like them. There are millions of people that are going through it worse than I am and I pray that they make their way into an amazing future.

I hate myself with every bone in my body. Nobody likes me at school, my friends all suck. I'll never be popular. I'm going no where. I'm afraid this is where my life will peak, and it isn't even that far up. I'm scared my life will all reflect off of this, that for the rest of my life everyone will think of the shy unpopular no friends girl and decide I wouldn't be a good friend. What if I'm stuck with this personality of mine for the rest of my life? What if I can never come out of my shell? What if my life amounts to absolutely nothing? I have big dreams, like to be a guitarist, artist, author, poet, environmentalist, but I don't think that'll happen. My dad wants me to go to college. My dad wants me to be a teacher and stay here in this little town and have a family. I want a family, but i want to travel. I dont want to have a sucky teaching job. I don't want to be stuck with someone or a job or even a life I hate. I'm scared. I'm terrified. It feels like my entire life is based off of what I decide to do right now and I just can't. I cant decide. I wanna stay young but I also want to have friends. I want to grow up and have a better life but at the same time I'm scared it'll be worst.

when i was 15 i had just started hanging out with a boy. my mom & step dad wanted me to go with them & their friends somewhere on a saturday & i said no (because i’d be like the only child). when they left i hungout with that boy, on sunday they asked me if i wanted to go to my moms tattoo appointment with them all day & i said no (bc it seemed boring) & i hungout with that boy again. monday morning i woke up around 3-4am & i heard my step dad in the kitchen getting ready to leave for work (he was a marine) & i felt the urge to go out there & hug him & tell him i loved him. i battled with this thought in my head for like 20 minutes. i was scared to, i’m not sure why. i wanted to but i was like “no it’s okay”. She then left & later that morning i went to school. when 5th period started, i got called to the attendance office & my mom was there to pick me up & i was so confused because she never picks me up early & should’ve been at work. my uncle is also there to pick up my cousin. She tells me something terrible happen & i didn’t even know what to think. she told me my step dad had killed himself earlier that morning. I don’t blame myself, but i had a lot of regret for being too scared to go tell him i loved him & hug him that morning. I know it may not have changed things, but i could’ve got to see him & tell him i loved him one last time or maybe it could’ve even saved him. I have only ever told 1 person about this before.
