My parents split up in August of 2018. I was so mad at him for everything he did to me and my family, including my mom. He chose hard drugs, and to cheat on my mom with her childhood bestfriend. I texted him once in a while, because I was 15 and I wanted to make sure my dad knew I didn’t hate him. Then I cut off contact with him after seeing him again in December and hugging him for the last time. I was never able to see him. In March 2021, (my room was right beside the front door) I took a nap at 6pm and woke up at 8pm, to the front door being opened and my mom talking at the door, my grandma was crying and my siblings were upstairs. I was so confused and my grandma comforted me while crying, I asked her if my dad was dead. She said “yes my girl.. he killed himself..” I was in shock at first and I let out the most blood curdling cry. I regret not talking to him. I believe that it’s my fault he’s dead, because I didn’t talk to him. I have the last message he sent to me, and I read it almost every day. I wish I could have done something to save him. Maybe I could have stopped him.

I don’t know what to feel honestly, I have this friend that I grew up with and she was the best person ever. Over time we would tend to form a somewhat close friendship and we both started getting feeling for each other, but I never really tried to advance since I didn’t want to hurt the friendship. Over the next 4 years I saw her slowly begin to drift off, so I tell her about my feelings and she said that she wasn’t ready for a relationship. Half a year later she starts to date my best friend and apparently they had been talking for a while now, at least a couple years by then, so I’m mad at myself for not taking the chance when I could. I do wish for success in their relationship, but I still have mixed feelings when I sit with her alone sometimes.

when i was 15, my bestfriend was 18 and we did everything together. I was at his house all the time- we were always together. i’d never done anything seggsual (except like kiss someone) before with anyone and i didn’t plan on it for a long long time. we got into a huge fight and didn’t talk for a few days but then we made up. one night we were at his house and were watching movies, he looked over at me and kissed me. i was completely fine with him kissing me but then he started asking if i wanted to do more and i said no, he just kept asking why. fast forward to another night and he asked me the same thing and i said no again and again, but he kept asking why and then i was so scared so i just said ok. that was my first time and it kept happening. he knew i was uncomfortable and that i didn’t want to. i feel like it’s all my fault, even though i said no.now im almost 18 and i still think about it and it hurts me.

I’m in love with my best friend. probably not love but more like a really bad fixating crush. i tried convincing myself it was something else or that i was confused but that only made it worse. I’m not really in or out of the closet right now and a couple people know i like guys too, but he doesn’t and if i told him it would change our relationship. he would probably be cool about it but i know he couldn’t ever feel the same way about me and it hurts so badly. instead of it making me want to get closer to him it makes me distance myself further away and it’s getting worse. sometimes i wish i was living a completely different life or never having been born at all because then i wouldn’t feel this way.

I always feel like I have no friends. I have two friendsgroups but still I feel like it. I just started 8th grade last year, a new class and a new school, but still the same people. I got in class with 3 of my besties. Were were a group. But only one of them was like my real bestie. Then we met a girl from another school in our class and became friends with her too. But it was most my bestie that got friends with her, also one of the others in the group. My bestie and her started to hangout more often then I could hang out with her. Im jealous. And I know i am. Im jealous of the new girl that stealed my bestie. But she didnt steal her, my "old" bestie left me. But I still have the two other friends in the friend group. We 5 are still a group, but not so much. I also have this other friend group where one of the others from the other group is in too. We are 6 girls. Four of them was really a friend grouo, but then me and the other friend made it in the group. Or atleast I thought I did. (I walk with two of them to school) Today, both said they werent walking home, cause their going to the mall, but I didnt think they were going together. But when I found out all the 5 others in the grouo were going together, i got sad. It felt like they left me out. Im so bad at asking to join too. I feel like that would be disrespectful. I feel like everyone hates ne, and that im annoying to be around. Please help me, i litterly dont know if I can do it anymore.

I am 13 and I hate my parents. My mom is a religious woman. She always talks about me checking my heart or getting my life in check with God. I am not a Christian like her but I can't tell her because she would kill me (not literally). Recently, my mom got mad at me and tried to push down the stairs. My dad came running up and asked whay happened and my mom claimed I was throwing clothe hangers at her, which I never did such thing. My dad always takes her side and I hate it. Another time, I slipped on ice and ran into my dad car door, ACCIDENTALLY slamming his head in it. My dad picked me up by my shirt and slammed me on the car I still have bruises. My parents favrotize my older sister (we will call her Jamie) and my younger sister (we will call her Kelly). Kelly hits me and punches me all the time and even if my parents see it, they y'all at me for starting a fight. Jamie is also religious so they thunk she is perfect. I have an older sister (we will call her Kiara). Kiar is my beat friend. She isn't religious and she isn't a jerk like the rest of my family. My mom HATES kiara because I look up to her. My dad loves er nut because of my mom I don't get to see her very often. I have almost committed because I can't handle my family.
